The mineral composition includes phosphorus, potassium, iron, selenium, fluorine, sodium, zinc, silicon, chromium, manganese, iodine, and more. Sunflower seeds are also rich in B vitamins, as well as vitamins E and D. The caloric value of sunflower seeds is 600 kcal per 100 grams. They contain 20 grams of protein, 52 grams of fat, and 10 grams of carbohydrates, with the remaining content consisting of dietary fiber and water. This product is widely used in the culinary, bakery, and confectionery industries, as well as for snack production. We offer two options: Broken kernels: 5% / purity 99.99% Broken kernels: 8% / purity 99.99% Unhulled kernels (covered by >¼ and <½ of the shell): 0.01% Damaged kernels: <1% Certified under FSSC 22000 Minimum order quantity: 100 kg Storage: The seeds are cleaned and stored in compliance with sanitary regulations and are packaged on the day of order.
